I've not been on the Forum for a while, but though I'd have a quick look and noticed that the folks that had stopped at a similar time to me had been quit for at least 100 days!

As I'd forgotten, I found an app online that tells you how many days it is since my last cigarette:

Mine is 111 days and 6 and a half hours!

Ooh, it made me feel proud!
