Weekend done

Back at work again.

I enjoyed this weekend I didnt think about cigarettes at all so I found it less stressful than the last few weekends.

I went out and did alot of things

My patch fell off on friday, about 7pm and I couldnt be bothered to put on another one. I thought id grit my teeth for a few hours then sleep.

I was such a cow, luckily I realised after 40 mins of anger and crying for such a lame reason!

So Im not ready to come off the patches yet.

Im seeing the NRT nurse tonight and we are going to talk about reducing the dose.

All in all its been a very successful weekend

Still smoke free, I saw the nurse last night and got my next prescription for step 2 and step 3 of the patches!
