I wish I had an answer for you - but I am not a seasoned non-smoker yet with great words of wisdom. But I can say I know it is hard, I know it sucks and I know you can get through it. Get through the minute, the hour, the day and tomorrow you will be one day further away from the nicotine monster. Hang in there - fight the fight and win!

Hey, hope you got through the cravings safely and are headed to day 49.

I also don't have a wise answer other than I share your pain and can only say when I get cravings I try and think beyond a cigarette and how great it will be when I am still a non-smoker tomorrow. That and telling myself how horrible a cigarette is and how much I don't want to be back smoking. Then I try and find something interesting and fun to do.

Good luck, keep winning the fight!!

Kyle

best of luck buddy.:)

I found that by reading books such as 'Easyway to stop smoking' by Allen Carr, that I could mentally put myself in a place where I was almost unaffected by craves because I see quitting as an escape from being an addict.I don't know if you have tried reading self help books?

very good advice!!! I listen to them via audible (1 for free!)the odd sentence m from them really sinks in -

but those sudden mad cravings can really scare you - remember they are temporary and do pass!!
