Hey guys all this cold turkey feels like every day is boxing day!!!!

I had a bad day yesterday but you lot picked me up. Thank you so much. Day 12 and going strong!!!

Sherri you are here too. Day 12. Before you know it we will be past one month and i would have beaten my all time record!!!!!

Open to suggestions for songs today. Was gonna be happy ones but i want Sherri to join in. Now im singing Neil Young the needle and the damage done. Nice and happy.
