I have been clocking in everyday since I quit 33 days ago, I have related to everything I have read! After smoking for 50 years I never thought I would get this far, but reading others experience has really helped.

I'm much the same as you in that I never thought after smoking for nearly 40 years that I would be here! This forum is so encouraging and supportive I know that I would not have succeeded otherwise.
