Well i nearly at the end of week 8 not smoking and i have to say i feel great :D, i am sooooooo proud of myself because i never thought i could do it , i'm saving a little money so i going to treat myself to something nice and to top it its just great not getting up in a morning to a chesty cough 
.So on Monday going into week 9 with confidence
