Morning all,

Ive tried the flap it before you put it on technique and Ive popped it on my ribs rather than on my arm this morning.

Verdict: Oh my god so itchy! I feel like there are ants biting me constantly. If I was an animal Id be chewing it! I need a cone collar

Sooooo itchy ahhhhhhh eeeek save meeee

itching isnt so bad now but it is still quite itchy

Does anyone have any other tips on using patches that I can try?

Maybe its itchier on more tickly skin or something

I think i might try different places each day :D

Sorry Sammi - I tried patches once but had to stop after a few days because they gave me a rash and I couldn't handle the itchiness! I would have thought that trying different places would be best.

Sorry I can't help but I hope you find a solution cos I know how annoying it is!!!

I do wave mine for about 30 seconds. I put it on top outer thigh or side of bxm area. some itch a tad but not enough to remove. some leave more of a red mark when i remove them but again not bothersome. Hope yours settle x

I always have smoking dreams! The feeling of relief when you wake up and realise you're still quit is the one though!

Try using a different brand mine itched for a while I think it is probably also to do with the strength of the ones you are using, think of the itch as something to occupy your hand with whilst you are killing the scratch you are killing the addiction :)

ooh good idea scottie. And yes Shakey it was a relief when I woke up this morning. I felt so disappointed in myself in my dream... I hope I dont get many dreams like that

The leg seems to be working for me today, it really wasnt as itchy as the other places I have tried my patches.

I was going to put one on my buttock but thought again because i didnt want to be wandering round the office scratching my butt! :D
