Thank you Gemma, i try to keep going. I feel very good. I know it's because i want to and i know it helps that i take Champix, it does help alot. Great product. I'm on day 11 of the Champix starter pack.

Hi Kat, i take it hour by hour now. This is the longest i have stopped smoking, i know it does not sound like much, but for me it is a big achivement - so far. I tried yesterday and i broke by 2pm. I intend to keep going till i go to bed tonight and then i intend to go on tomorrow. Tomorrow, i will be writing on the "Day 2" group. Sorry for my spelling and grammar mistakes, i am actually Afrikaans. Hahahaha.

Kat, my bargain is to tell myself i have kept on going till now, it is too much work to through away for one ciggarette that is not going to even taste nice. Not worth it.
