Well I quit with no nicotine replacement but with Wellbutrin two days ago, couldn't sleep last night till 5am, woke up with an unconscious very strong desire for cigs, but managed to stay off. Doing some exercise made me feel way better.
I used to smoke an average of 7 cigs for 4 years. Some minutes ago I saw guys in the forum with 10 or more years of heavy smoking who have quit, and I became so ashamed of myself to be so weak to call my urges 'craving'. I hope I can be half strong as these guys.
