12 Weeks

Hi Folks

Its hard to believe but 12 weeks have passed, and I am still on the road to nicotine freedom. All is well I have to start weaning myself of the gum now, using 3 or 4 bits per day. I am finding the time I fixate on smoking less now as time passes. So all in all things are progressing well. Next milestone 3 months bring it on.
