Hi, yes know exactly what you mean Everytime the sun comes out and its a weekend I still think a little too fondly of those al fresco wine and ciggie moments from past times

Yeah I know you're right max, the reality would be gross, but it's toying with my mind now, the whole just one scenario!! I know that is fatal and why previous quits have failed, but it's still taunting me!!! I know I won't do it and tomorrow is another day, just wanted to let off frustration!!!!!

I was a good girl (still am really) and all the cool girls smoked so I wanted to - plus my parents hate smoking (and *really* hated that I smoked) and I was allowed to drink so that was the only rebellion I could do!!

Crisis over, crave didn't last long. Well wasn't really a crave, just a niggling thought. Mostly I'm ok with drinks in the sun without a thought but yesterday just niggled at me, like I said, the reality would have been gross!!

I started as people I knew smoked and when you start drinking its a cool thing to do, and fags were cheap then!! Hopefully cost of ciggies these days will put anyone off starting!! Kids if you're listening DON'T DO IT!!!

They were relatively cheap when I started social smoking, around £3 for 20 I think.

Wish the price did put kids off, was talking to one of my mum's friends' 13 year old daughter (she asked me to 'cos she knew I'd quit) and it was just like talking to myself at that age. :/
