I think it's nonsense. Some people say the 3rd day, week and month are the worst. I would it ignore. If you expect it to be bad it will be. Well done on reaching week 3
I feel we can hit stumbling points at anytime along the route and that it all depends on how smoothly how day/life is running. Just take time out and be kind to yourself along the way. Well done xx

For me - week 3 was ok. Week two was worse. Basically - this whole thing is a roller coaster. The highs and lows are different for everyone. You will get through it! Stay strong!
I think it is
day 3= as the nicotine is finally leaving your body,
Week 3= as the support is wearing thin
Month 3= when complacency can creep in and you think one wont hurt.
Please correct me if I am wrong
They are all supposed to be quit breaking times. I have in the past caved at day 3 and week 3 before, never got past week 3. This time I am within the third month and things are going fine.
I think if your mind is in the right place all is good xx
