In one week I have become obsessed with looking at people smoking through my smug, judgemental and disgusted eyes. I find myself giving that "disgusted parent stare" - you know the one that makes any smoker just want another cigarette:D. I tut, i shake my head, i just give "that look" and then i walk away
and think to myself....
boy do i miss that darn smoking:mad:

ha same here! those looks nearly killed me - as if i didnt carry enough guilt around without other people making me feel EVEN worse (and now im turning into one of them:D)
maybe just a crazy coping mechanism - if i keep telling my brain that smoking is vile and justifies the "stare" then maybe ill just start believing it one day
now im feeling guilty for making so many people squirm today especially the hunky van driver who nearly crashed watching my tut tutting head on

Earlier on in my quit I made myself hate smoking because up until just before I really enjoyed it and was scared of failing - am not bothered by it now, just don't like the smell!!
It's odd 'cos sometimes i fancy a fag - not a crave though 'cos i don't really get them any more but smelling someone smoking one, or even worse someone who's just had one cures me!!
Don't think "that look" ever made me feel bad - more defiant in a way
Lol at you nearly making soeone crash though
