The start of month 2

Well i can honestly say that I have followed through with NOPE for a whole month now. When the cravings hit they are strong and mind altering. I'm feeling sort of down know but i do know that a cig won't help. The power of nicotine is debilitating at times. My stepfather who chewed all his life is in the hospital with Sundowners. His mind is failing and he doesn't know his surroundings. However when we noticed him trying to spit the doctor recomended the patch. Now even though his mind is not completely there the patch calmed him down. It's sad that nicotine is legal. Sorry guys. I'm just going through a nicotine moment here.
