I am on day 24 and I have nearly hit four weeks of being absolutely nicotine free. I am very glad that I started to count from day one again after my slip. It makes me feel like these 24 days have truely been spent as a non smoker.
Hey, well done. Twenty four days is a lot of cigarettes so you're doing well. I'm at a similar stages but not nicotine free as I keep dabbling in the patches and inhalator.
