An incredible 100 days of freedom from nickodemon and it feels good. All those negative thoughts that I would not be able to see it through seem like a zillion years ago now. I still get little cravings but they soon go. I am in every way much better off now. Have saved an incredible amount of money and gained confidence in myself. Life is good without those white sticks. Well worth all the discomfort of those early days.
