Hey all on day 19 now and i'm actually feeling really good. Since thursday evening i haven't really had much want/thought or crave for a cig & ive been socialising AND ive been drinking alcohol too! Not a lot mind you but haven't really fancied that much either.
Ive been away with my kids since thursday at a seaside chalet and its been absolutely fab! Ive not been stinking of fags and needing to stand outside all the time so more time with kids. And i'm feeling happier for that and not missing them smelly old fags. Yippeeee pat on the back for me lol!
But watch out knowing me i'll have a really bad time in a few days and probably be tearing my hair out but for now i'm great. X
