have decided to choose day 10 as my official give up day.Sickness has got better and really don`t crave ciggaretes but am having the odd one just for the sake of it really.All Ive done today is eat I`ve got to try to do something but have zero energy today and banging headache luckily though not having the bad dreams everyone has talked about .
