It has been 6 weeks since I had my last cig 
I have been going to the nurse to get my prescriptions,and also to have my carbon monoxide tested,
It has been normal til 2 weeks ago where it was quite high.
It took me 2 weeks to actually get round to buying a Carbon monoxide detector,and I am glad I did as the readings on the monitor are very high.
So I am waiting for a gas engineer to call round. I have the windows and door open
I stopped smoking yesterday
