Kat, you are right about coming back and posting. I'm very bad about that and I should be here cheering everyone on more often. It's so easy to let it get away from you and then when your anny comes up it reminds you and then that's when you post. At least that's how it goes for me.
Linda, you will be soooo amazed how fast the time goes by the longer you are in to your quit. It's like when we say the older we get the faster the time goes. It really is the same thing and works the same way.
You both keep up the good work and know even if I'm not on here posting that I am thinking about everyone who is doing this great thing by quitting.
I have not smoked a cigarette for 10 months as of 1st April.
I have not posted much, as I have been suffering from depression.
Not being one to swallow pills, I have slowly fought my way back up again. I must feel better, I am now tackling the 21 lb weight gain! That's depressing enough on it's own.
Still summer's coming. (It is isn't it?) I think I suffer a bit of the SAD as well.
Can't wait to start meandering about on my bike again and get out in the garden.

Be proud, very proud, 10 months is an amazing achievement, well done my love:). Hopefully the summer and sun will lift the feelings of sadness. Take care.
