Thats 4 months finished for me today. Seems surreal...not one puff! Sitting in a hotel in Port Harcourt Nigeria. Drinking a Heineken and smelling peoples shhmokes. Smells kinda nice but not tempting me to smoke!

Iam not coming on here looking for congrats. I havent been around much, for the selfish reason that i havent needed the support. In the beginning u guys were a massive reason why i quit but after a month or two i was doing great on my own and coming here made me think about smoking, which is not a regular thought for me anymore!

However the support i received was incredible and iam going to try and pay a tiny bit of it back in small chunks!

To the people just starting out you REALLY are making the best decision of your life. My life has improved in so many unimaginable ways. Better performance at work and more importantly an improved family/love life are the two major ones.

I still have occasional cravings but i can literally laugh them off these days which is a wonderful feeling ! If your just starting out on your quit and reading this please dont give up! you will never make a better choice!!! :D

chuuuuuuurles!

Take care mister and don't be working too hard!!
