Sry to burst yer bubble Pisky but its only 17 days............... BUT 17 days of the dreaded fags is GREAT, come back tomorrow and it will be 18 lol , your doing just fine, keep strong, i know how you feel after 17 days, we will get there !

17...18 I've lost count. Seems some people count their days from when they put out the last fag and others count from their first full non smoking day. I'm just happy I'm heading for 3 whole weeks nicotine free and it gets easier all the time.
