Morning all.

Have the sore throat from hell.

Still stepping along nicely.

Not craving but do sort of have times where I think of them.

All I want to do at the moment is sleep.

Good morning! Day 10 already! thats gone quick!

I wake up every morning with a sore throat which usually goes by about 11. Its like ive had a heavy night of drinking and smoking. But i think i might be snoring, strange side effect to stopping smoking i know lol usually only snore when i get pi$$ed up lol

Anyway, congrats on making it so far! keep up the brilliant good work.

Yay! WTSN I'm on day 10 too!! I did have all the bad throat when I originally started my quit. Lasted about 2 weeks the. Started easing. Keep telling yourself it's just your bodies way of repairing the damage!! Your doing really well, stick at it' I wana hit the month mark with you!!

I did have a brief craving today actually, sometimes my brain plays tricks and sends a voice through saying 'oh sod it, you enjoy a fag, so just have a couple an no one will know'!!! But I simply say NOPE!

I do look forward to the time that we don't even ever think of civvies, especially when we are stressed..... Or drunk!!!

Keep it up though... Nearly the fortnight mark! The longer we keep at it, the easier it becomes. Xxx

I'm hoping to get my Meercat toy from Kat73!!! So I've got to stay determined! Xxx
