Hi all don't know if I'am posting in the right place ??? Have been reading posts on here for a few months now and finally took the plunge yesterday evening and extinguished my last cig hopefully this will be for good although I'am not looking that far ahead just taking each hour as it comes any tips or advise will be greatly received

Just going into day 3

Around 8mins until into day 3 !! (Who's counting ??? ) felt o.k today just a little bit light headed around lunchtime like I'd had a few vino's with my sandwich !! Luckily I work for myself so no chance of getting the sack hope everyone is still on with their quits roll on day 4 !!!!!

I'm doing pretty good thank you, Im on day 16 smoke-free and its starting to get a lot easier for me. I personally found the first 10 days torture, then my mind seemed to clear and the sun shone through. Still have to stay on guard for the odd urge that suddenly crops up out of nowhere though! Keep at it Mrs C, I know you WILL do it

Encouraging words thank-you must admit I find myself debating with myself ! Quite a lot of the day ! Like : you know you want a cig so go buy some ; erm NO I do not smoke at the moment : yeah you do come on ; picture in head of nasty little weedy nicotine man whining and I'am like go away !! Until it starts up again 5mins later !!!!!phew sorry about that !!
