Day 8 is nearly over and today has not been great? Been having major craves all day, tried distracting myself but not working? I'm not going to, but it has taken every ounce of will power I've got today to not buy some ..... I can't even bring myself to call them what they are!

I feel confident I will quit, it was difficult at the start, and I have had a few wobbles, but I just needed to remind myself of why I was quitting:). I am one stubborn bugger, so will not give in:). Believe in yourself and takes baby steps, hour by hour, day by day, you will get there in the end.

Just as Jane says, well done for getting through today. Believe me we've all had tetchy days. I promise you it gets better. Hope you have a good nights sleep and you know, sometimes after a bad day, it's plain sailing. Hopefully so

I find that the best thing to do if I've had a hard day is early to bed and hopefully tomorrow will be easier
