Day 8

I am now on day 8 and I still have not had a single craving for a cig.

In the last week I have only thought about cigs half a dozen times.

So far this has been the easiest 1st week of non smoking,I have had many attempts before

thats great i know this is easy to say but try not to think about previous attempts and just concentrate on this one by thinking positive thoughts

not many people stay quit on the first attempt and it can take afew before they get there

so stand tall and be proud of reaching
