That's great! so yep, I think you have this cracked.

I think it does take a couple of weeks to get the hang of not smoking. You have so many times to fill when you would have reached for a cig. I especially love not having to go to the back door to stand in the cold. My OH used to go mad when I did that and tell me to smoke in the house, but it's so gross to have that smell lingering inside and freezing up the kitchen with icy blasts.x

Thanks peeps ....... I really hope and believe this time it's for good...... i so know now that i can't ever have just one ...

I never smoked in the house so spent many hours stood outside freezing my ass off looking like a junkie sucking on a cancer stick. :eek:

I know I will have bad days but I know I can get through them now xx
