Been to see the chemist help again for first week check. Co reading is now 3. Look forward to next visit it really it really motovating me along.
More patches and also going to try the cool lozenges as the inulater thing made me cough.
Hi. I an on day 5 too. Think it's getting slightly better, can go minutes now without thinking of fags. So determined this time. On patches cos just can't seem to do it cold turkey. I really want to stop smoking but it seems to be so so hard. Hey ho, day 6 tomorrow so we'll soon be posting in week 2.
You CAN do it and you WILL smell nice. It's absolutely great that you've almost completed a week . A WEEK! It's brilliant. Keep going both. You definitely won't regret it. xx
