That's pretty good, your almost through it. I quit cold turkey and the first ten days weren't fun, but after two weeks things really improved and I could start enjoying my quit.

I guess you've been nicotine free for 7 days since stopping the patches - stick at it, you're almost through the worst part.

Nicotine is a highly addictive substance, cutting down with NRT is good, but cutting it out altogether is the real goal, and you are so close

Be brave, be strong. The best thing is you never have to smoke again!

Don't give up now, whatever you do, don't give up!! youve come so far to throw in the towel. You can do it. stay strong, stay positive, you DONT NEED that smoke in your system, you are so much better off without it.

Crow bags DONT DO IT!!!!!!!

You have come to far! perhaps you need to go back on the patches for a bit longer or use an inhalator, gum , but hang on in there, I know its hard, Ive been known to throw some epic strops, and every one hides for a while, You will be so gutted if you have one, Its that bloody nico devil having another go at you, dont let him win!

Crowbag, please don't throw away over a months worth of not smoking - the idea of smoking always seems better than the reality, as soon as you smoke you'll regret it & be really annoyed with yourself...

Try a nicorette inhalator, i'd be lost without mine & it's something to puff on & carry about when you're having a weak moment...

We all know how how hard it is to stop, i'm on my 6th attempt  but that's why I know that in the end we regret starting again, otherwise we wouldn't keep trying to stop!

I've decided no matter how hard it is, i'm not giving in - it's up to you in the end but you've done so well I'd hate to see you kicking yourself.

Don't give in to it.You will feel 100 times worse because you did....and you'll wonder what on earth all the fuss was about, cos you will feel horrible and get NO benefits whatsoever. You are doing great , so please don't throw that away. xx

Hello

As the others say, please, please don't give in after all this time.

You will soooo regret it, you can get through this stushie, and I promise you, you will feel elated, chuffed, and soooo proud.

phew!!!! Crowbags, Well done!!

Stay on the lower patches for as long as you need them, and as Denise suggested try the inhalators, you dont have to use them but they are there when you have a weak moment. good luck, let us know how your doing.:)
