Hi Nicey,

Didn't mean to pull a disappearing act today, (you may have worried I did a swan dive back into the land of smoking ooh!) no such luck! Just having a busy work day. Sometimes it's hard to sneak on here have to be covert!! It's only 4pm here in the States and I am still at work ssh!!!

and......... of course doing A'ok without the nasty cigarettes even if I am the only one in the office not running outside every 2 hours lol. They keep letting me know they are going out and then saying oops, sorry er... forgot you quit again. Ahhhh I just smile and say that's right and bring back some air freshner with you heehee!! :eek:

Have thought of smoking here and there but then I realize it is only the voice of a dying habit, easily flicked off so far (hands to heaven).
