I say this every month and here I go again, I know I have not been posting on the site but today makes 9 months smoke free!! Not one single drag since May 20th 2012 at 2:25pm !!

I should be on here offering support to others so I apoligize for not doing so.

All I can say to everyone else is if I can do it you all can do it.

I love all of you for the kind words. It's strange after 9 months I still would like to have a smoke and that's normal from what we all read. I will not do it though, I've come a very long way and I will never go backwards.

You have to want to stop in order to stop is what we are always told but that wasn't the case for me. I did not want to stop when I did. My employee said I need to stop, for 2 days that stayed with me and on that Sunday I actually did it but I didn't want to. I'm not sure how I've done so well without wanting to, it's odd but I'll take it!!
