I stopped on 20th Jan so I guess I'm in here.

The new rooms come thick and fast at first, but they are much more spaced out now.

For anyone who is thinking of stopping, or is in the early days of a quit and looking ahead in the forums (as I did), the following is true for me, and seems to be representative of a lot of peoples quits.

The first three days are tough - very tough.

The first ten days are not pleasant.

But within 2 weeks of being free of nicotine you will be comfortable in your quit and you will be kicking yourself for not doing it sooner.

I haven't had a strong desire to smoke for over 2 weeks now - I have had a couple of smoking dreams - woken in a panic thinking I'd broken my quit, but in normal waking hours it's been fine.

YOU CAN DO IT - JUST BE STRONG FOR 3 DAYS, THE REST WILL COME NATURALLY.
