Hi all, well today is day seven for me, it's been quite a busy day hence I have not been on here a lot today, but I am still pure and have not let the side down.

So tomorrow is the start of week two,and I can,t wait.

Brilliant! well done, Joan 7 days is such a milestone and it will get easier....then you will wonder why you ever bothered with it at all. I'm so chuffed for you.

7 months for me almost and I cannot believe the difference in my skin and teeth without having to resort to the tooth whitening kit my sis did for me. I was thinking of having another go with it but I might turn out like Ross from Friends when he did his.

Today I'm waiting for my latest treat to arrive by Herpes. Herpes!! I mean Hermes. Haha. I treated myself to a Nexus 7 after lots of deliberation the other day looking at I pads and Galaxies and Kindle fires etc. I settled on the Nexus in the end cos my geek son, who is now working for Google, persuaded me that most things about the spec were much better than Ipad and I loved the feel of it.

And the Herpes man has just been. It's here.....
