Day 7 - cant believe it, had a roll-up - gums and teeth been painful, bleeding and inflamed past few days .... got to work forgot my patch .... lasted whole day until ten minutes ago ... so disappointed :mad:

The lack of your patch hasn't helped matters today. I always kept spare patches in my car and office, it's easy to forget to apply in mornings, so I always had a stash.

Just re-start, and make this 'the one' for you

Just a minor set back. You can put it down to experience and get back in the saddle and win this battle. It might help to set an alarm to remind you to apply your patch.

After reading your post I just put a few patches in my work bag as a "just in case"

Well patch on again today and happy to say have not had any although the thought is there have also put a few in my desk drawer so that it doesn't happen again!!!
