Day 35 and I got me a certificate from quit 4 life! Rather proud and still surprised I have made it this far!

Stage 3 patches start tomorrow for two weeks, then I am done. Hoping it won't be too hideous coming off them, fingers crossed.

Appetite seems to have gone back to normal so will focus on some weight loss now too!

I'm sure you'll be fine going on to the stage 3 patches, just keep doing what you are doing.
