Well here we go again. I am back to day one for the 3rd time. So ridiculous!! Well I guess nothing to be done but move forward from here.

Here's hoping third time is a charm. Starting over sux big time

Thanks Craig!!! I could use all the encouragement I can get right now. I started out so strong with this back in January, I really don't know what happened......

What I do know is that I don't want to be a smoker anymore. Just having trouble finding my way to staying quit. :eek:

It's hard as well when most of the people I began with have moved in to month 2 or disappeared.

Well enough feeling sorry for myself, I am going to keep moving forward and look forward to hearing from you all !!

I know the feeling Sherri B. I've only been on this forum about two weeks and have had 3 failed quits in that time! One of these days, I'm going to get it, and I'm sure you are too!

I hear ya!!! The same thing has happened to me but I have not yet formally announced it shhhh.

I seem to start strong, well when I say strong go for about 4-5 days and then something stresses me out and I'm back on!

Like you I sooo know I do not want to be a smoker so why the flip do I keep doing it :mad:

I really want to make today my last ever day and my day 1 will be tomorrow so maybe we can look out for one another

Anyway I think its fantastic that you have not given up on giving up and hopefully see you on the 4-7 day pages and beyond real soon!
