Well ok Not sure if I can say almost 19 days or not. I guess you be the judge. I stopped on the 27th of January and about 15 days in I thought I would see what would happen if I had a couple puffs of a smoke. Well haven't touched one since and I can tell you this IT TASTED LIKE CRAP yuk. I can officially say I am done and I will never touch those stupid things again. Plus next week I'm getting new sofa set. I don't want that stuff smelling like smoke.
