Last big craving came last night whilst enjoying a meal with the other half but managed to resist the little so and so!
Not sure how I'll go tonight as its Friday and of course the weekend but feeling positive and loving my new sense of smell and taste! Although this is causing me to eat like a horse and then more
So all being well come Monday I'll be 6 days in and a stone heavier!!!!
Good luck to all you quitters reading this and especially those taking on their first weekend! We can do it people!
Have a good one.
Jonny.

mmm...........eat like a horse eh? Just stay away from the ready meals LOL
yay.....good for you, your doing brilliantly............sod the food mate!! Ive been eating family sized cheesecakes to myself every night for weeks now!!!! Bonus is Ive cut out pretty much all alcohol.....so weight has stayed the same.... Im currently overweight...........but I need to combat the ciggies confidently first...then I'll get myself on a weightloss forum!!!
Well done your doing great and a day ahead of me. My appetite is horrendous just now too, but I would rather that than be smoking 20 stinking fags a day. Chocolate and oaties from a local shop hopefully won't kill me or those around me.
Its a great time to take up some fitness, I have run for a few years, even as a smoker i was running half marathons in 2 hours, give it a try you will really boost how you feel and give you an even bigger reason to stay stopped and fee the benefits of it.
