Day 40

Just a quick check in as I've made it to day 40. I'm treating today as another milestone and celebrating tonight. It feels so great to be here, not only because my lungs and body are 40 days better off, but because I've done something I never thought I could do. Cravings can still strike but when they do I hold onto that feeling of pride. I've surprised myself and I know I'm stronger than I ever thought. It feels awesome.

Even though I'm not posting as much, I always check in and I'm pleased to see so many people still providing support. I know there is a long way to go, but today I'm grateful for getting this far and I couldn't have done it without this forum.
