2 wks yah! and nay!

2 wks today and really stressed,jittery and nervy:(lots of family things going on and though Im happy I went down from 10mg patch to 7mg today and have had a terrible day!!

Do you think its the nrt swap making me jittery or just a bad day...grrr.....

i want to screeeeeaaamm today.

If it continues I think i may be better going cold turkey,cant be any worse.
