Happy to be moving on up here on day 8!!!! I've moved down to step 2 patches already today and so far havent noticed the difference, apart from being more tired. Great to be back at work as a non smoker too! The poor smokers look so cold and wet outside! Everyone in our house is giving up chocolate for lent, it will prevent me from stuffing my face with it to kill nicotine craves, trying to eat more healthily but not smoking will always be my number 1 priority. Lots of love
