today I turn 40 ugh..... I'm told 40 is the new 30.... what the hell does that mean?
The good news, today also marks the 4th year of my quit.... I quit on my birthday so I would always remember
Congrats to all my feber quit buddies in particular the lovely Fi and sweet Davo who I know is sending his love from the heavens. My life has been better, way, way better without smoking. Met the love of my life, turns out he hates smoking.... lucky I quit huh!
First year of a quit is all about adjustment, for many it's slightly challenging, for some it's hard, some have it easy but in the end everyone agrees, best decision ever. So however your quit is going, just know you'll join the 'best decision ever' club in the end!

Una, join the best decision ever club for sure... I've noticed that my decision making skills have been steadily improving over the years, so it doesn't just stop with the smoking bit Cheers Una X
Thank you lostie, been in that hot tub now for 3 years, I tell you, it does nothing for your skin!
Thanks Nic, life is good! Hope you're doing well X
Hels, I'm really not too bothered about 40, a bit, but not too much.... just glad I've got another 10 years before I really freak out haha hope you're well X
hahaha yup, Cav, head adjustment check, stories just keep getting better.... We've been friends now for 3 1/2 years... one of the many great gains of my quit! XOX
Kat, 40s nothing to be worried about... I look younger now than I did 4 years ago, and yes... only great things came of this journey, wishing the same for you
