The alcohol is flowing, good company, good food, I have my dancing shoes on (well Docs in my case), but I have not even wanted to smoke, my other half keeps going outside in the cold to Smoke, I have found I am drinking more , hic, but all good.
I hope my quit buddies are all feeling as positive as me.

Yep...drinking more is definitely a side effect of quitting....well....that's my excuse anyway!

I am having a beer tonight too....its lovely not having to freeze to death outside...which has got me thinking I quite enjoyed a fag in summer in the beer garden...ah well just another small hurdle to overcome lol....day 37....still going strong!!!!

Have had, um a bit more wine than I should have for a work night, and realised about an hour ago that I had no desire for a fag at all

I'm being a boring fart and sticking to coffee lol..... having said that a little drop of Baileys won't do any harm will it.... we'll all be looking for an alcohol abuse forum next! lol
