Thrilled to bits I have just passed my 9 month mark I certainly feel at the moment that I will never smoke again. I also know we can never be complacent so will always be on my guard

Had a real stress day at work the other day and remarked that if I still smoked that would have been the moment I would have stomped outside for one! My colleague (a smoker) asked if I wanted one but I turned it down without a thought. Just said I would never be going down that road again.

I feel happy and relaxed in my quit and as I say If I can.......

No matter how hard or impossible it seems people keep going, keep trying. One day you will feel like this and it is greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat
