Thanks everyone, seems to be wearing off a bit now, have had something to eat, will have a cuppa and watch telly, am not giving in, no way, just took me by surprise today. cravings have been less and less, then BOOM big one! :mad:

If I get a craving I either sing really loud (don't know how that helps but it does!!:D) or I play games online, if it gets really bad i log onto whyquit.com - read a few of the stories & it totally puts me off again...

Oh it's bugging me today, not going away, have tried eating my body weight in chocolate, even that isn't helping, think i may have to go to sleep

Ive been goin to bed earlier think it helps sleep through the craving if its evening time much rather sleep rest and let my body heal than light a cig up stay strong and get a good nights sleep lol xx

Am nearly over the weekend now but it has been a struggle have had no alcohol what so ever, as really didn't trust myself not to smoke!

On the upside, I have nearly made it to 6 weeks and have not had a hangover either :cool:

Oh i also had a dream that someone gave me 10 fags, I took one out of the packet and put it in my mouth, then took it out and said i would smoke it late, which i didn't! was so proud of myself when i woke up lol :cool:
