I am also on day 8 today. I have always been active but today felt like I needed to do my Insanity workout program and boy...I was on fire and I feel so dam good tonight... I really really believe it is the happy hormones from exercise that is keeping the negative hormones at bay a little...not all the time mind you. Lol...Week one was rough..
I have done running on and off for past 10 years. 30 minute run and you’ve done 3/4 miles, it's not a lot of time out your evening. So you go for that run cos believe me in the end you will feel great and in the long run have more time for your wife...
Well done on completing week 2, running will help you focus, it did for me; I'm sure your wife won't mind if it's keeping you off the fags!
