Hi guys,

Don't worry I haven't started smoking just feel that

I'm ready to go alone as I'm now not even counting the

days/weeks since last cig.

Will pop in if I start to find it hard or if I need a pick me up.:cool:

Hope you all continue with your quit and keep giving all new members

the helpful tips and motivational words that I was looking for in the start of my quit.
