What do you miss about it? I ask that question from my self time to time and the answers dont make any rational sense what so ever
I think we all go through ups and downs, during the downs it helps to remember how you felt when you were a smoker and what the reasons for quitting were.
Are there any other reasons why you might be feeling low?

Updated my post as i did not post any clear reason why i feel like i do today.
Sounds bad,the business with your mother, hope she gets better soon.
But the truth is that to quit really needs a good strong run with as few bad things going on as possible,it takes strength and determination and no distractions if possible. There is no way that Benson and Hedges are your friends, unless friends kill you slowly, steal your cash, make you smell and make you a slave.
Maybe-you should be easier on yourself until she is better and there are less worries in your life? E-cigs better than real ones,a bit.Dont make demands of yourself, that are too hard to meet.
Im on the E-Cig at the monent, got high strength filter and have been puffing away happily on this today, just been out for a drive and now feeling much better... i can take on the world............ and WIN!
