Wow it feels good, cant wait untill I am posting in the very last category just a quick update...cravings - not many they have no intensity anymore just a fleeting thought. I am back at my mums after my marriage break-up who is a heavy smoker but to be fair that doesnt bother me anymore. My Kit Kat crunchy addiction has abated somewhat need to get control of my acne hahaha.
Healthwise - still got the strange tickling sensation at the side of my nose but I am putting that down to stress and I am at the docs next week anyway, no more physical withdrawals although still feel quite tired.
So all in all it has been an horrendous experience never to be repeated because I will never ever light up again, but my god I am so glad I have done it.

Don't get to complacent yet Boss, that naughty imp Nic can still pop up quite unexpectently at the wrong time. You have done fantastic considering the circumstances, the hardest work is done, and I do not doubt for a moment that you have this all under control. Onwards and upwards :D:D
Dean, hope you are ok, you have been through a lot just lately but still remain quit! I think that is absolutely brilliant! I can hardly belive it, you can do this definitely if you can go through a marriage break yup and not light up then you can go through anything and not smoke! Well done you!
