Last ciggie on Sunday night. Hasn't been easy. I'm off work today so no major distraction. It's going to be a long day I'm afraid.

Well done for making this choice! Thats great news, good for you. The first few days are hard, BUT it definitely gets easier. Im now on Day 9.....and the desire etc do fade.

Keep at it, stay as positive and busy as you can. Take it hour by hour......xxx

Day 3 is the hardest day for anyone who has quit. Just keep posting on here even if it's for a rant, think positive and the reasons why you wanted to quit...that's what got me through day 3 hope you can overcome this little bump and not give into the temptation.
